I shot this piece about Scott's Barbeque in Hemingway, SC last weekend for the NYT. Some of the finest pig and people I've had an opportunity to get to know -- John T. Edge (johntedge.com) researched and wrote the terrific story, and the Times recorded an interview with Rodney Scott, pitmaster, for a slide show.
